Tonight on CBS, Mac is back as an Angus MacGyver for this generation joins the Friday night action lineup in MACGYVER. Lucas Till plays Mac, with best friend Jack Dalton in tow (George Eades). NOTORIOUS – Perhaps when the surprisingly serialized series (which I wasn’t expecting) moves into future episodes, they’ll delve more deeply into why we should care, but I’m afraid to say I won’t stick around long enough to see that happen.
FOX took two big swings this Fall (three if you count PITCH….baseball humor), adapting two very well known commodities and turning them into surprisingly entertaining send-ups of their original source material. LETHAL WEAPON is worth a first or second look.
BULL – It’s not going to win any awards, nor is it doing anything that we haven’t seen before. Unlike other new shows this season, however, you won’t feel dumber for having watched.
GOTHAM is funny, sarcastic, and dark; the show wastes no time getting to the heart of what promises to be an exciting season. LUCIFER looks to be going above and beyond, ranking it HIGH on the list of must sees!
