For me, one of the great surprises of last season was MTV’s AWKWARD.: the story of unpopular wall-flower Jenna Hamilton whose life is thrown drastically off course thanks to an ill-timed letter that led to the accident that led to a suicide related misunderstanding (of course, we now know the letter was written by [spoiler alert] her mom (CALLED IT)!) . As Jenna gained notoriety and started catching the eye of every guy she seemed to come across (I’m Team Jake & Matty because I cannot make a decision), the life she had previously known quickly changed into something she never expected and all of the drama that came along with it was fantastic to watch week after week (plus, how GREAT is Desi Lydic as Val?).

Season 2 starts June 28, and I, for one, cannot wait to see what happens next.  Check out the new trailer with lots and lots of spoilery goodness – seriously, I can barely handle how much of a tease this trailer is!  Will you be tuning in when AWKWARD. returns?  And if not, what do I need to do to convince you that you’re absolutely missing out?
