Sweeps Day 6!  What are you guys watching among the (almost) all new hours of TV tonight?

The 8:00 Hour –

ABC has another vote off episode of DANCING WITH THE STARS, featuring a performance or two by Train.  CBS has an all new NCIS – the sister of a murder victim disappears and Tony throws himself into the case, as he’s drawn to the woman, though they’ve never met.

FOX has an all new hour of AMERICAN IDOL –Harry Connick, Jr, is the guest mentor this week, as the final 5 tackle music from Frank Sinatra.  I’m sorry, Frank.  NBC has an all new two hour episode of THE BIGGEST LOSER – the players get super expensive makeovers, and then work out while suspended over a pool.  Over on The CW, check out an all new 90210 – Naomi and Jen clash once again; Teddy takes Silver to meet his dad, but it doesn’t go as planned.  Navid realizes he still cares for Adrianna.  Ade records a pop song with Javier Luna, and the Wilsons deal with their family issues.

The 9:00 Hour –

On ABC, there’s an all new episode of LOST!  Jack questions John’s motives after he’s asked to perform a tough task.  Can you believe that there are only 5 hours of actual show left?  CBS has an all new episode of NCIS:LA – months after Dom’s abduction, the team receives video evidence that he’s being held hostage and they race to rescue him.

THE BIGGEST LOSER continues on NBC.  FOX has an all new episode of GLEE!  Will responds to a rumor about the glee kids that has spread around McKinley.  Meanwhile, Sue is embarrassed by a video of her performing an 80s classic.  The person who sang that 80s classic guest stars as herself.  The CW airs a rerun of LIFE UNEXPECTED – it’s the episode where they all end up in “therapy” talking to Fern!

The 10:00 Hour –

ABC has another all new episode of V.  A deadly V tracker team is dispatched to find Erica, Ryan, Jack, and Hobbes.  Anna issues an invitation to Tyler to join the Live Abroad program, and Chad asks Jack about the Fifth Column.  On CBS, catch an all new episode of THE GOOD WIFE.  Peter’s electronic monitor sounds off when he chases Alicia out of their apartment and the kids try to figure out a way to cover for him, so he won’t be arrested.

NBC has an all new episode of PARENTHOOD. Crosby and jasmine attempt to explain their relationship to Jabbar.  Adam and Kristina try to make new friends.  Sarah finds out about Zeek’s money woes, Julia becomes Sydney’s soccer coach, and Haddie reaches out to Amber for relationship advice!

The season premieres of THE HILLS and THE CITY are on MTV.  On THE HILLS, rumors continue to spread about Kristin’s partying.  On THE CITY, Kelly pushes Whitney to market her line.  9 BY DESIGN is all new on Bravo – Bob and Cortney butt heads over a low budget Hamptons renovation, but do agree on a nanny.  WWE NXT is all new on Syfy.

JUSTIFIED is all new tonight on FX.  Raylan is called in to defuse a prison hostage crisis.  On USA, there’s an all new episode of CRIMINAL INTENT. A psychologist conducts a deadly experiment on a couple by forcing the man to choose between killing himself or his wife.  The experiment stems from a similar choice that the suspect’s grandfather had to make while in a Nazi concentration camp.
