We’ve got some old, some new tonight.  For me, it’s all about LOST tonight and probably nothing else!

The 8:00 Hour –

ABC has a rerun of last week’s LOST – we get to watch Sawyer’s flash-sideways story again.  I loved Sawyer and Miles as partners; Sawyer and Charlotte as a romantic relationship, Widmore’s secret plans to take over the island.  All good stuff!  CBS has a rerun of NCIS – when two mercenaries are found dead on Gibbs’ boat, Muse Watson’s Mike Franks is back at the center of the story.

FOX has an all new two hour episode of AMERICAN IDOL – I’m not joking when I tell you that Miley Cyrus is acting as the “mentor” for the top 11 this week.  What a mockery of real musicians.  NBC has an all new two hour episode of THE BIGGEST LOSER – the contestants go home for a visit and need to stick to their diets without the help of folks on the ranch.  Over on The CW, check out an all new episode of 90210 – Dixon’s bio-mom comes back for a visit and Debbie confides in her yogi how bummed out she is about it; Silver doesn’t trust Teddy after their first date, Navid tries dating someone new to get over Ade, and Gia confesses her feelings to Adrianna.  Meanwhile, Annie realizes that creepy Jasper is following her.

The 9:00 Hour –

On ABC, there’s an all new episode of LOST!  It’s the episode we’ve all been waiting for – the sort of back story of everyone’s favorite makeup wearing castaway, Richard Alpert.  Officially, the episode description is “Richard has a difficult decision to make”.  Doesn’t give us much to go on, but I’m stoked!  CBS has a rerun of the episode of NCIS:LA where Abby heads to LA to track down a serial killer.

THE BIGGEST LOSER continues on NBC – the teams must ride the length of a marathon on a stationary bike; they can slow down their opponents by eating 48 mini cupcakes!  FOX has hour two of AMERICAN IDOL.   The CW airs an all new episode of MELROSE PLACE – Amanda catches Ben and Riley in a compromising position; Ella feels smothered by Jonah; and Lauren succumbs to Michael’s threats.

The 10:00 Hour –

ABC has an all new special called V: THE ARRIVAL – the hour recaps the first four episodes of V in celebration of the premiere next week.  On CBS, catch a rerun of THE GOOD WIFE.  Alicia defends a juvenile who has a plea overturned by a maybe-racist judge.  In the same hour, Diana is offered a judgeship that has her questioning her time at the firm.  NBC has an all new episode of PARENTHOOD.  Adam and Kristina want to know who Haddie is dating; Sarah has to prep herself for a talk with Drew; Jabbar has an accident; Julia and Joel worry about leaving Sydney with Amber!

There’s another all new episode of 16 AND PREGNANT on MTV.  A “good girl” whose mother had her when she was a teenager follows in mom’s footsteps tonight.  MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER is all new on Bravo – Patti helps a commitment phobic professional volleyball player and a cocky and selfish formerly-cheating trust fund baby.

Don’t miss another all new episode of SOUTHLAND on TNT.  A murder at USC takes the investigators into Compton.  Meanwhile, Ben and John head to the funeral of a cop and stop to visit Dewey at a halfway house!

JUSTIFIED is all new tonight on FX.  Raylan needs to track down a prisoner who escaped while at a performance of his prison bluegrass band. Pam from TRUE BLOOD is there as the escaped convict’s wife, and she’s awesome.  Meanwhile, Boyd is recovering from his gunshot and tells Raylan that he’s a changed man because of it.  God I love this show.
