What’s On? Monday, 3/1/10
Now that the Olympics are over, I honestly have no idea what to do with myself. I guess it’s time to get caught up on actual TV, huh?
ABC has an all new episode of THE BACHELOR – tonight, Jake decides between sweet little Tenley and over the top, everyone hates her, Vienna. I think I know who he picks and it’s distressing! Over on CBS, the night is all new – on HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, Carrie Underwood guest stars as a woman who Ted’s friends think is stringing Ted along. On the season premiere of RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, one of Jeff’s female coworkers flirts with him, and Russell gets new series star Adhir Kalyan’s Timmy to retrieve his cell phone from a one night stand’s apartment.
FOX has rerun of HOUSE – once again, the Wilson episode featuring Joshua Malina as one of “Bob’s” oldest friends. NBC has an all new episode of CHUCK! In what I’m hearing is an awesome episode, Chuck promises Ellie, Awesome, and Hannah a great dinner, all the while trying to act as the perfect assassin on a mission. Sarah, meanwhile, tries to keep her relationship with Shaw strictly professional. Over on The CW, there’s a rerun of last week’s LIFE UNEXPECTED, gearing up for the show’s timeslot move when GOSSIP GIRL returns!
There’s a new episode of THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER on ABC Family – Ricky talks to his mother about his abusive childhood and George gets a makeover to look more modern.
On ABC, THE BACHELOR continues until 10. CBS has new eps of TWO AND A HALF MEN and THE BIG BANG THEORY. On 2.5, Charlie goes to Vegas and returns with a wife that isn’t Chelsea, whose father is visiting with his boyfriend! Over on TBBT, Sheldon misses a chance to meet Stan Lee because he needs to go to traffic court thanks to Penny.
NBC has 2 all new hours of LAW&ORDER. I’m so happy for this show to be returning to 10PM. FOX airs an all new hour of 24. A tense meeting between the President and Hassan takes an interesting turn when Jack closes in on a person of interest amid the backdrop of the Hassan-family turmoil. The CW has the next all new episode of LIFE UNEXPECTED. Baze and Ryan face off in a radio-station contest. Meanwhile, Lux helps Tasha find her mother when it’s found out that Tasha might need to move to a faraway foster home! Over on ABC Family, an all new MAKE IT OR BREAK IT has Kaylie deciding if she should compete with her team and Emily struggling with a new vault because she’s focusing on Damon. An all new INTERVENTION airs on A&E.
ABC has the all new special BACHELOR: AFTER THE FINAL ROSE where Jake and his new lady friend who will probably break up soon anyway meet up to talk with Chris. An all new episode of CSI: MIAMI, directed by Rob Zombie is on CBS – Jesse is suspected of tampering with evidence in an LA murder case when it’s discovered that he put a listening device at a Miami crime scene, so he and Horatio head to LA to clear his name. LAW AND ORDER continues on NBC.
GREEK is all new on ABC Family – a professor moves next door to the KTs so the house makes him a pledge. Casey has trouble with her law school application so she turns to Katherine for advice, and the Omega Chis notice a big amount of money missing from petty cash. On FX, there’s an all new episode of DAMAGES! Patty strikes a surprise bargain while Ellen uncovers new evidence on Louis Tobin’s death!
Showtime has another episode SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL and TRACEY ULLMAN’S STATE OF THE UNION. On SDOACG, Belle considers a real relationship with Duncan but has trouble when he won’t admit they’ve been intimate. In other awesome news, Bambi’s relationship with Byron takes an exciting new turn! On TRACEY, she plays Simon Cowell’s caustic sister and Christian Amanpour, among others! They’re followed up at 11 by another ep of LALA LAND. MTV has a new episode of THE BURIED LIFE and MY LIFE AS LIZ. On TBL, the boys hit the road trying to tell a joke on late-night TV and they help a woman save an animal from a kill shelter; on LIZ, Liz tries to enjoy prom but Bryson won’t leave her alone.
The MEN OF A CERTAIN AGE season finale airs on TNT. Joe’s new house causes problems. Terry’s deepening struggles are from an acting gig, and Owen’s relationship with his dad hits the breaking point.
