CBS:  Rerun of GHOST WHISPERER and NUMB3RS, followed by a brand new episode of my surprise summer favorite SWINGTOWN!

NBC:  Another night of The Olympics as the swimming starts to wind down somewhat!  Tonight, Michael Phelps goes for lucky number 13 and to tie Mark Spitz’s record.  He swims against Ian Crocker (his US rival), who holds the current world record.  We also get to see the men’s 50m Free, the women’s 200m Back, and 800m Free.  Track and Field starts today, too, with some Shotput and Heptathlon! 

CW:  Some fun FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN with a “SummerSlam Preview.”

FOX: It varies by Timezone, but I’m getting a Raiders/Titans game.  What about you?
